Summary:The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between selected reward systems and employees' performance at one of the manufacturing company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The reward systems included in this study are recognition, bonus, empowerment and promotion. This is a quantitative design research which used questionnaire as research instrument. The population of this study is 85 and the sample size is 75 respondents while the Simple Random Sampling is the sample procedure. Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0 was used to analyse the data collected. Descriptive analysis was used to analyse respondents' demographic data in term of frequency and percentage. Pearson Correlation Coefficient was used to analyse the relationship between selected reward systems and employees' performance. The results show that there is a significant relationship between selected reward systems and employees' performance. The r-value for the recognition, bonus, empowerment and promotion are 0.699, 0.657, 0.699 and 0.707 respectively. Multiple Regression was used to identify the most dominant factor of four selected reward systems that affect employees' performance. The result shows that promotion is the most dominant factor that affect employees' performance with ß = 0.707. Furthermore, future researchers are recommended to further this study on others type of reward system with moderating the variable of age which hasn't been discussed in this study. On the other hand, human resource practitioner and organization are recommended to ensure fair treatment which is every employee in the organization are not be discriminated and treated equally in reward system.
