Fadlina Ismail Training and development is one of the most important functions in human resource management to enhance the employee’s performance.This study is focusing on job rotation practices which are one of the management strategies to develop employee’s skills within organization.The objective of study is to identify the benefits of implementing job rotation,determine the influences of job rotation on employee's performance,identify the challenges of job rotation implementation and to make appropriate recommendations on how to implement effective job rotation in Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin.
