This study succinctly explores the applicability of good governance practices in the conduct of e-recruitment in Nigerian public sector. Qualitative method through face-to-face interview was used in collecting the primary data. The data was analysed and the results revealed that bad governance overshadowed good governance in the actual exercise.The paper finally recommended that transparency, accountability, non-partisanship and equity should be upheld in future recruitment exercises.
