Among the factors identified are company policy, supervision, work condition, salary, recognition, the work itself, growth and achievement. This study also provides theoretical implications to guide future research and offers practical implications to the management in the development of job satisfaction among faculty members. Given that employee job satisfaction is vital and important to the high learning institution, factors influencing job satisfaction need to be given extra attention so that high quality of education and positive student’s learning outcomes can be sustained and achieved successfully.
