Summary:The title of this study is 'A Study of workplace Bullying Affect Employees Job Performance at Majlis Perbandaran Muar (MPM). The factors of this study are to identify the factors that affect on job performance among MPM's staffs. There are 60 respondents were chosen. Researcher used questionnaires as medium in collecting all the data require. Therefore, the researcher also used SPSS version 21.0 in order to analyze the data collected. Based on the findings, it shows that the person related bullying and work related bullying affects the job performance.
