A survey was conducted at the “Perpustakaan Sultanah Bahiyyah”, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). The data were collected using self-administered questionnaire for 380 respondents by using stratified sampling techniques and systematic sampling technique. However, only 361 responses with 95% response rate were deemed suitable for the further analysis. The result of this study indicates that there is high level of user satisfaction at PSB and the library service is the most influential factors that contribute to the user satisfaction at PSB.
