Summary:The main purposed of this study is to identify the effectiveness promotional tools done by this study is to determine the most suitable promotional tools that company done to enhance the customer loyalty. ProEight Offshore Engineering Sdn Bhd has offered a refurbishment services and innovation of mechanical seal as their product; which is ProEight Offshore Engineering Sdn Bhd is premier domestic company that enter in this industry. However, to compete with the to determine which the promotional tools that can influence more to the customer. The respondent is 34; the company as a existing customers who have a contract agreement with ProEight Offshore Engineering Sdn Bhd. the data collected from questionnaire which is primary data. The Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 14.0 has been used to summarize the data. In conclusion, the researcher found the most effective promotional tools done by this company is sales promotion which is this activity can increase the degree of confident level of customer to the company service and products, it also can create the customer loyalty to the company. In addition, the result shows the positive relationship between promotional tools activities and the effectiveness promotional tools done by ProEight Offshore Engineering Sdn Bhd. Lastly, the recommendations are made based on several logical factors and impact of current situation to the promotional tools practiced.
