تشرح هذه المقالة أولا معنى الضوابط لغة واصطلاحا، ثم معنى الشروط لغة واصطلاحا. ثم توضّح الضوابط والشروط التي يجب أن تتوفر في ترجمة معاني القرآن الكريم إلى أي لغة أجنبية، حتى تكون الترجمة صحيحة وسليمة. خلال هذه المقالة، يشرح الباحثان كذلك مؤهلات المترجم حتى يقدر أن يترجم معاني القرآن الكريم. إن كثيراً من الترجمات لمعاني القرآن الكريم قد تمت ترجمتها إلى لغات مختلفة، وكثير منها لم تصلح للإصدار والنشر، لأنها لم توفّر فيها الضوابط والشروط المطلوبة. ونتيجة ذلك حدثت مشاكل كثيرة للفهم الصحيح لمعاني القرآن الكريم في المجتمعات الاسلامية. لذلك، تعتبر هذه المقالة في غاية الأهمية حتى تساعد مترجم معاني القرآن الكريم أن يدرك أهمية التّمسك بهذه الضوابط والشروط. سيتبع البحث المنهج التّاريخي والاستقرائي، ويستخدمه في الكشف عن تاريخ استخدام هذه الضوابط والشروط في الترجمات القديمة، وجهود العلماء لاصدار هذه الضوابط. والمنهج التّحليلي، ومن خلاله يتمُّ شرح عدّة مصطلحات. كما يساعد هذا المنهج شرح ضوابط ومؤهلات مترجم لمعاني القرآن الكريم شرحاً تحليلياً، وبيان مدى مطابقة التّرجمات القرآنيّة لشروط التّرجمة الصّحيحة وضوابطها وتقويمها. ومن خلال هذا البحث، ثبت أنّ هناك ترجمات لم تتوفر فيها الضوابط والشروط المذكورة. وتوصل البحث إلى أنّ هناك حاجة إلى المراجعة لهذه الترجمات. كما أثبت البحث أنّ العلماء المسلمين بذلوا مجهودات عظيمة ومشكورة لحماية القرآن الكريم ومعانيه. ************************************************************************************ This article first explains the meaning of language and convention controls, then the meaning of language and convention terms as well. This article explains the conditions that must be met in translating the meanings of the Noble Qur’an into any foreign language so that the translation is correct. During this article, the researcher also explains the translator's qualifications for translating the meanings of the Noble Qur’an. Many translations of the meanings of the Noble Qur’an have been translated into different languages, and many of them were not suitable for publication, because the required conditions were not met, and as a result, they caused problems in societies to properly understand the meanings of the Noble Qur’an. The translation of the meanings of the Noble Qur’an into foreign languages ​​is not considered correct if the required regulations are not met. Therefore, this article is considered very important in order to help the translator of the meanings of the Noble Qur’an understand these terms and conditions. As for the curricula, this article focuses on the following approaches: The historical method, which the researcher uses in revealing the history of the use of these conditions in old translations, and the efforts of scholars to issue these conditions. As for the analytical method, several terms are explained through it. This approach will also help to explain the criteria and qualifications of the translator of the meanings of the Noble Qur’an for an analytical explanation. A statement of the extent to which Qur’anic translations conform to the correct translation conditions, regulations, and evaluation. As for the results, the research proved that there are translations that did not fulfill the mentioned terms and conditions. The research concluded that there is a need to review these translations. After the study, the research also proved that Muslim scholars made great and praiseworthy efforts to protect the Holy Qur’an and its meanings.
