The main objective of this study is to investigate the effect of Principal Collaborative Leadership (PCL) on Teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in a secondary school in Johor, Malaysia. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The transcripts were analyzed thematically, yielding three main themes: 1) Improving the quality of the school environment through extra-role behaviors, 2) Facilitating the development of collaborative skills and academic improvement, and 3) Managing teachers' emotions. Findings show that effective collaborative leadership can increase teachers' extrarole behaviors, potentially increasing student achievement.
