Finally, this study examines the roles of organizational culture as a moderator of the relationship between transformational leadership and effective strategic implementation. Methodology: This study uses the case study of municipalities in Trang Province in Thailand. This research employs quantitative methods. The questionnaires are collected from administrative officials of municipalities in Trang Province. Descriptive statistics are used to analyse the data.
