Summary:Past studies on HRIS have not established the moderating role of organization size to the successful implementation of HRIS. Therefore, this study will examine the relationship between individual characteristics and system condition to the successful implementation of HRIS with organization size as a moderator.Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) will be used to explain user satisfaction and system usage to measure the success of HRIS implementation.
