Summary:This study aimed to explore the professional learning community strategies practiced by primary school teachers. This qualitative study used a multiphase case study design through interview and observation approaches. This study involved 15 teachers employed at eight selected primary schools. In addition, researchers also conducted a few observation sessions with the school administrators, teachers, and students within the schools. Findings indicated the studied primary teachers had accomplished four to five major strategies in implementing dimensions listed in Hard (1997)'s professional learning community's model- In summary, professional learning community has been practiced by teachers in the Southern Zone of Malaysia to improve the quality of teaching and learning and in turn improve the academic performance of students.
