Summary: | This article was published to discuss the impact of the implementation of HR sustainability practices towards employee productivity through previous studies conceptually. Second, the article also presents the results of SEM analysis via data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to answer the research objectives which is to study the significant effects between HR sustainability practices and employee productivity through empirical evidence. Based on the results of the study, only four HR sustainability practices have a significant impact on employee productivity namely career development, work schedules flexibility, employee involvement and organization change. Thus, the results of this study not only can provide evidence conceptually but even able to strengthen the Gollan model [1] empirically for future research. |
