Organizational Commitment has become one of the other important factors influencing burnout in a working environment. Therefore, the current study is to investigate the effect of emotional exhaustion on organizational commitment among academicians. The results of the study, explore that there is a negative relationship, relationship between emotional exhaustion with organizational commitment.
