Summary:This is an action research’s conceptual paper on that focuses on the influence of job satisfaction on employee’s turnover intention in the Chinese property industry, with specific attention given on a company named Chongqing Beleyn Property Management Corporation. First, the company’s specific situation in the Chinese property industry was analyzed, and research problems were then diagnosed. Based on preliminary investigations and literature reviews, this study identified five (5) sub-dimensions of job satisfaction factors that potentially affect employee turnover intentions, namely work, pay, promotion, superior and co-worker. With this regard, a conceptual model was then developed, and a total of six (6) propositions were formulated. Subsequently, intervention plans were then developed. Following, this paper also covers the research design and methods aspects, and wrapped up with a conclusion.
