Second project related to the development of SMS-based mlearning system, namely Pocket Education (PE®), utilized as the core system to supporting various research applications, including UniPE. Projek ini bertujuan untuk mengenalpasti potensi pembelajaran secara SMS dalam menyokong pelbagai bidang penyelidikan, dibahagikan kepada lima kumpulan kajian. Penyelidikan pertama bertujuan untuk mengkaji tahap kesedaran tentang pedagogi m-pembelajaran, di mana tinjauan telah melibatkan 551 orang pelajar dari 11 universiti awam di Malaysia dan mendapti pelajarpelajar secara umumnya tidak menyedari tentang bagaimana m-pembelajaran membantu mereka dalam pembelajaran. Projek kedua berkaitan dengan pembangungan sistem m-pembelajaran berasaskan SMS, iaitu sistem 'Pocket Education' (PE®) yang digunakan untuk melaksanakan sistem pembelajaran berteraskan SMS dalam pelbagai aplikasi kajian, termasuklah UniPE.
