Summary: | This study aims to identify the relationship between the practice of TQM standards in
the development of administrative and technical competencies for the managers and
principals of private schools in the Sultanate of Oman from the point of view of
teachers. This study seeks to uncover the underlying factors of TQM standards, And
artistic. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive descriptive
method will be used, based on the appropriate statistical method of this study,
namely the factor analysis to determine the factors and the multiple linear regression
to reveal the relationships, and (MANOVA) to study the differences between TQM
standards and administrative and technical competencies using personal variables, In
view of the results that will appear. |
