The main objective for this research is to develop a better understanding on the five factors that influences employee's change commitment. A total of 190 questionnaires were collected from service industry throughout Malaysia by using non-probability sampling. In this research, Smart PLS 3 was used for data analysis of confirmatory factor analysis and Partial-Least Square regression. The findings of the result showed that role autonomy is positively related to affective and normative commitment to change. Furthermore, the results confirmed that organizational justice impacted the affective commitment to change and organization culture also moderates the relationship between organizational justice and commitment to change. This indicates that researchers should take role autonomy and organization justice into consideration when setting organization change.
