Out of the 100 questionnaires, distributed by the researcher, only 80 questionnaires were returned. The findings of this research revealed that teachers are strongly positively with normative commitment between performance appraisals. Furthermore, there was a positive and significant relationship for affective commitment and continuance commitment between performance appraisals.
