Summary: | The organizational commitment of teachers is very important to the effectiveness of the school and can indirectly affect teacher performance appraisal. The study used structured questionnaires using Likert scale on all the variables. The study used SPSS version 26, where descriptive and inferential statistics was used. Out of the 100 questionnaires, distributed by the researcher, only 80 questionnaires were returned. The findings of this research revealed that teachers are strongly positively with normative commitment between performance appraisals. Furthermore, there was a positive and significant relationship for affective commitment and continuance commitment between performance appraisals. |
