Summary:This paper is the documentation of the project of producing SimpleTV. The basic concept for the video management library, is a simple and systematic sorting of videos from a large list of random videos into specific categories. This app is targeting Android TV Boxes specifically, to provide the means for the less experienced users, to ease their navigation through a large sum of videos more efficiently. This is also specifically aimed for those who are in the rural areas, so that they can have an easier experience while dealing with technology without being overwhelmed by too many features at a time. Videos would be stored locally, either in the TV Box itself or via a physical external hard disk, mainly in the .mp4 format. Files in the storage will be pre tagged, via a specific naming convention and sorted by folders. Basic search function via input is included as well. When selected, video playback will be launched immediately. This simple and convenient app is made in order to help others achieve that certain quality of life attainment, while not compromising on the capabilities and efficiency of the system
