This study aims to investigate the relationship between conflict management styles and organizational commitment and how leader-member exchange (LMX) moderates the relationship. Out of the 200 questionnaires distributed to executives working in the financial service and professional service organizations in Malaysia, 173 were returned and useable. Data analysis was performed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 22.0 for Microsoft Windows and SmartPLS(M3) 2.0 to assess the research model. The results indicated that integrating style has a significant positive impact on organizational commitment while dominating style has a significant negative impact on organizational commitment. Furthermore, the results also revealed that LMX has no moderating impact on the relationship between conflict management styles and organizational commitment, but has a significant direct impact on organizational commitment. Hence, the findings of the present study revealed that two out of ten hypotheses were supported.
