الملخص:The objective of this study is to identify and rank the factors that influence customer’s e-loyalty towards website among retailing students in University Malaysia Kelantan. In this study, we identified four factors that may influence customer e-loyalty, which name is website design, trust, privacy and security and information. We used retailing students in University Malaysia Kelantan which comes from year two to year four students as subjects for this study. Questionnaire survey method was used to collect data from the respondents. We will distribute the administered questionnaire among 210 respondents to examine their opinions on these factors and how they rank their importance factor in comparison with other factors. The data gained was analyzed by statistical methods in Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). Regression and correlation techniques also will be used in this research to examine the association between the dependent and independent variables. SPSS Statistics addresses the entire statistical analysis process such as planning, data collection, analysis, reporting for better decision making and performance. IBM SPSS Statistics is an integrated family of products that addresses the entire analytical process, from planning to data collection to analysis, reporting and deployment.
