This study used quantitative methods and convenience sampling to acquire data from 132 respondents who studied Islamic Banking and Finance at UMK City Campus in Semester 7 for Session September 2022/2023. Results revealed that the correlation value for all variables had a positive relationship towards the customers’ satisfaction and was explained by the three variables which are price (r=1.000), ordering process (r=0.482), and ease of payment (r=0.440). Therefore, all variables significantly impact customer satisfaction with Foodpanda delivery services during the COVID-19 pandemic. 2023-01-19 Undergraduate Final Project Report NonPeerReviewed text en http://discol.umk.edu.my/id/eprint/11806/1/AFS4112%20PPTA%20II_%20GROUP%2046.pdf Muhammad Ashraf Ahmad Shukri and Nur Aina Syahiirah Salim and Nur Amani Hurain Aliyas and Nur Qurratu’aini Azhar (2023) Factors affecting customers’ satisfaction in using foodpanda delivery service during Covid-19 Pandemic among SAB students at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan.
