Summary:The consumption of Halal foods and goods is compulsory to all Muslims. Lack of knowledge, awareness and understanding of the Halal concept among Muslims and the manufacturers of Halal products may cause the loss of appreciation to Halal he holy Quran addressed all human being and not just Muslim to search for Halal and it is for their own benefit. From this statement this paper will research about factor influence halal fast food case study on Radix Fried Chicken (RFC) at Kelantan. The problem statement of this research can be developed because the objectives of this study are to determine the relationship between fast food and consumer demands of RFC. Beside that, it also determines the relationship between Halal and consumer demands of RFC and the last objectives are to determine Halalan Toyyiban product and consumer demands of RFC. The increasing demand for global Halal food to tap this lucrative market, Malaysia should develop a comprehensive Halal food system to assure the quality and authenticity of its Halal food. Research methodology using in this study is quantitative study, and this study was conducted to RFC Restaurant costumer. Only the Muslims are selected from the costumer. A survey was conducted through distributing questionnaires to customer from different background. A total of 100 self-administered questionnaires were distributed with a 100% response rate. Using quantitative analysis, the data was computed and analyzed by using SPSS program. The results indicate that 100% of the costumer choose RFC and demand Halal fast food.
