But how about papaya chips? Responding to SDG 2, the research’s come put with papayalicious crispy to minimize the water of excessive fruit. According to UNDP, 1.3 billion tons of food is wasted every year with almost 2 billion people are hungry and undernourished. This is a reality and we need to overcome the issue by generate a good idea and transforming the excessive food into the new food creation. On the other hand, papaya chips are created in order to satisfy consumer wants in a healthier way. This healthy snack contains high level of antioxidants, vitamin A, C, and E. It also good for human heart because the antioxidants help to avoid the oxidation of cholesterol. Papaya snacks suitable to be consume by everyone including kids. Following the notion, papaya chips have a high potential to be commercialize and can be a substitute of junk food and available of unhealthy snack on the market area.
