The objectives of this paper are to 1) identify the characteristics of different personalities and their preferred learning preferences using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI); 2) identify the most common combination of personality types among Pre-University students; 3) determine a more effective teaching approach based upon student personality types and learning preferences.
