These characteristics are mainly taken from the nature of the language and its lexical, syntactic, semantic, and rhetorical system, and secondly from the culture and superiority of that language. From the concept and its characteristics, we proceed to the curriculum and its elements. The elements of the curriculum are predetermined, such as objectives, content, methods, strategies, and evaluation. However, studying those elements in the curricula of teaching Arabic to speakers of other languages requires academic, educational, and psychological studies to determine what should be studied and what we should leave out, and determine what should be presented first and what should be delayed...
