Summary:In an increasingly challenging environment, the main responsibility of Public Service Department is to ensure that the public sector workforce is able to meet the ever changing demands and expectations of the citizens and stakeholders. With respect to Malaysia, public services are prepared to face challenges of the fast changing global and local environment. Continuous efforts need to be taken in order to create world class services.In this context, the writer intends to explore the dynamic organizational change experienced by INTAN as the premier public training institute in Malaysia and to make recommendations on any suitable intervention measures.
