Therefore, partners started to aim creating value within the scope of strategic management frame.Differentiation. low cost and focusing strategies can be classified as a competitive advantage in order to create a value.In addition, transportation operations can be accepted in this value chain.Logistics and transportation industries have a vital importance for organizations and regions.Actors try to enlarge their relations with more usage of developed transportation operations.The role of the government on transportation industry has been increased significantly day by day.
