There is a problem with unsustainable production and consumption culture in Malaysia. The purpose of this study is to determine how E-Idaman manages food waste by using anaerobic technology to produce fertilizer gas and energy as one of the alternatives to encourage the people especially in Taman Tunku Sarina to adopt a recycling culture. Specifically, this study able to identify the anaerobic process to convert food waste to fertilizer, energy and gas and the effective management of food waste managed by E-Idaman in Taman Tunku Sarina. I hope that through this study, the community is aware of the importance of effective solid waste management and the importance of recycling practices.
