Summary:With the increase of software development business in Pakistan, Software Project Managers are facing a multitude of issues while running multi-location as well as multi-cultural projects. This paper analyzes execution of such projects in Pakistan to uncover the major problems such as communications, time zone differences, geographical distance and cultural disparities. Further an attempt is made to resolve such challenges and suggest their successful navigation to software project managers in the organizations operating in Pakistan.
