Self-reported measures on HRM Practices (Training & development and performance appraisal) and innovation (process and organizational) constructs, adopted from previous research were used. Exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis were used for data analysis. The study found that the level of innovativeness among 4 and 5 stars hotels in Jordan were moderate.
