Summary:The purpose of this study is to examine and gain a better understanding of career development on employees' job satisfaction in AEON Credit Service Malaysia Berhad. Data were collected from 80 officers and non-officers in Credit Management Department. Questionnaires were used and analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science(SPSS) version 16. Using correlation analysis, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the independent variables, namely training courses, mentoring and career counseling, with the dependent variable, employees' job satisfaction. Among the independent variables, training courses was found to be the factor which influenced most significantly employees' job satisfaction in AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad.
