This study investigates the impact of organizational support and employee motivation on job performance within private colleges, focusing on five selected institutions in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. A total of 170 questionnaires were distributed to employees, yielding 102 valid responses by the end of the data collection period. Employing multiple regression analyses to test hypotheses regarding direct effects, the study finds that perceived organizational support and motivation significantly influence job performance, accounting for 58.6% of the variance as indicated by the coefficient of determination.
