Furthermore, this study also tried to determine the relationship between occupational stress and workplace deviant behavior. A total of 58 managers, executives and assistants executives participated in this study completed the questionnaire. Data were collected by using simple random sampling. A questionnaire comprises three measures which are demographic background of participants, occupational stress, and deviant behavior at the workplace. This study has documented that managerial staff which are assistant executives, executives, and managers sometimes facing with occupational stress at workplace. This reflected that, they were able to cope with the workload, responsibility pressure, role of conflicts, and conflict that they are facing between job and non-related job in fulfilling the vision of the company. On top of that, the findings also showed that there are no significant differences between demographic factors such as marital status, gender, age and occupational stress that facing by Permintex employees. Demographic factors were not found to have any relations to workplace deviant behavior.
