Summary:The study seeks to identify business administration and its impact on improving the performance of human resources in crisis management through contemporary management thought and through what is stated in Islamic thought. This is meant to be achieved through its application to the Ministry of Interior in the United Arab Emirates. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach. This study reaches a set of findings and recommendations summarized as follows: There is a direct statistical relationship between the practices of the strategies and plans of human resource management and the development of different aspects of creativity in crisis management. There is also an indirect statistical relationship between practicing the strategies and plans of human resource management and the development of organizational creativity at the level of knowledge management processes as a mediating variable. The study recommends the necessity of establishing special units for monitoring and managing the crisis and tackling deficiencies. The study also recommends the UAE Ministry of Interior to share its experience with other ministries and organizations due to the successes they have achieved in crisis management during the last period.
