Summary: | The purpose of this paper is to focus on the effect of transformational leadership on organizational effectiveness through the mediating role of entrepreneurial passion. Transformational leadership as the independent variable of this study consists of four factors namely idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. This paper reviews the previous studies concentrated on the relationship among transformational leadership, organizational effectiveness, and entrepreneurial passion. Organizations are eager in effective leadership style in order to increase the effectiveness of their associations. This study presents a conceptual framework for the importance of effective factors to enhance organizational effectiveness. |
