Methods: The search was conducted using the PsycINFO, ERIC, Cochrane Library, PubMed, SPORT Discus, and Web of Science databases. Results: Mindfulness, social support, self-esteem, family structure, emotional intelligence, and school PA program engagement were identified as the common factors that enhance junior high school students’ PA, academic self-efficacy, and depression. Conclusions: At the practical level, the findings of this study will contribute to the development of a framework for improving junior high school students’ PA, academic self-efficacy, and depression.
