The survey was conducted among future talents in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Total of 105 talents which consist of fresh graduates from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia is taken as the sample of the study. This study adopted quantitative approach using IBM SPSS version 26. The expected findings of this study concluded that talent development, training and education, technical and behavioral competency has a significant impact on the demand of IR4.0. This study may contribute to the educational institutions in aligning talent development programs with the demand of IR4.0.
