This article is intended to study the influence of the learning environment based on the perception of the relationship among students and the relationship between student and teacher on the teamwork skills among final year students in vocational college in Malaysia. The correlational design was utilized for this study which involved 241 final year students as respondents. All respondents were randomly selected from six vocational colleges in the State of Selangor, Malaysia. Questionnaires were used to collect research data. Finding shows that the respondents’level of teamwork skills is high. Finding also reveals that respondents’ perception on the relationship among students and the relationship between student and teacher shows a positive learning environment. Furthermore, finding also shows the learning environment based on the relationship among students and the relationship between student and teacher that are able to provide a positive relationship that contributes to the increase of teamwork skills among students at vocational colleges.
