Summary:Maintaining employee well-being in a proactive condition is one of the most concerns of today’s organizations. Accordingly work ability concept attracts considerable attention among organizational studies. Although many studies have conducted on various dimensions of work ability, just a few researchers paid particular attention to the role that individual attitude plays on the work ability concept. This study put forth to explain the predicted roles of individual dispositional factors on work ability of employees with disabilities in Malaysia.
