The performance of a semi-commercial closed digester tank treating palm oil mill effluent (POME) was studied at four different mixing regimes i.e natural mixing (NM), minimal horizontal mixing (MHM), minimal horizontal and vertical mixing (MHVM) and vigorous mixing (VM).
