This research focuses on identifying the combustion behaviour and studying ash deposition tendency to cause slagging and fouling. This research is conducted at a pulverized 150 kWTH combustor test rig owned by TNBR. The thesis includes details on the sample preparation and fuel blending methods. Data includes the flame behaviour physical observation, temperature profiles of each combustion and physical observation of ash deposits.
