The numerical investigation is to be carried out using ANSYS heat conduction software. Taking advantage of the repetitious feature of fins, the simulation will be carried out using half of the fins. Furthermore, the fin variables are transformed into dimensionless parameter. Chief among the investigated parameters is the surface heat transfer coefficient and the thermal conductivity of the fin material.
