Summary: | This research has been carried out to examine the impact of innovation culture on the relationship between innovation capabilities and organizational performance. This research will be conducted on the small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia. There are two innovation capabilities in this
research, namely, knowledge resources (KR) and technological innovation. Organizational performance was analyzed with regards to the financial and nonfinancial performance. In addition, innovation culture will act as a moderator to
explore the link between innovation capabilities and organizational performance. There are a total of eight hypotheses formulated and experimented among employees
of the SMEs industry in Malaysia. Data and response from respondents are acquired using 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. Using the results of this study, practitioners
can improve their organizational performance by taking better account of various aspects especially in the implementation of innovation capabilities. |
