Then, the data were analyzed using Statistics Package for Social Science (SPSS) 22.0. 378 teachers from public primary schools in Perak are selected as the sample for this research. Spearman Correlation Coefficient Analysis was used to test the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, organizational commitment and organizational communication, job satisfaction and organizational communication. Besides, the moderating effect of organizational communication on the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The findings indicated that three variables were positively related. Organizational communication was proved to have high moderating effect on the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Hence, the organization and human resource practitioner were recommended to inculcate organizational communication in reinforcing the satisfaction and commitment level of employees to create a good working culture in schools.
