Surgical excision was performed and the diagnosis of the endolymphatic sac tumour was made. Endolymphatic tumour is a low grade adenocarcinoma that originates from the endolymphatic sac. The defi nitive diagnosis requires a combination of clinical features, radiological finding and pathological correlation.
