Summary:The research is done to find out the roles ofprocedural justice that act as the moderator in the relationship between communication in performance appraisal and job satisfaction. This research used two methods, which are in-depth Interview and survey methods. The sample of this study consisted of 300 respondents that are chosen randomly from management and non-management employees in Pejabat Pos Pending, Sarawak. The outcome of moderated hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that the procedural justice in the analYSIS give an effect to the communication in performance appraisal on job satisfaction. The result will give the implication to the theories, research methodology and help human resource practitioners to improve the way to conduct performance appraisal.
