A pilot study was conducted on eight individuals who are not the actual informants in this study. Next, the actual research and information were gathered through the open ended survey questionnaires distributed in the school to twelve informants chosen through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using content analysis. After that, any data analyzed, summarized and categorized were labelled with the appropriate code. The study found that knowledge sharing among teachers happened to enhance the development ofprofessionalism. Hopefully, with the information obtainedfrom this research, measures and appropriate strategies can be identified to improve the weaknesses and deficiencies in the sharing of knowledge among teachers in secondary school.
